When I was 7 years old, I fell in love with drawing my favorite cartoon characters and new episodes using my imagination. I use to have so many sketch books and for hours I would draw and create stories of my own through my art. As for writing, I use to write a lot in high school and just being able to create scripts, write short stories, and poetry. In my first year of high school, I took a creative writing class. Our assignment was to make our own script from the book, The Hunger Games. I went home that day and got to work. I allowed my imagination to take over and I wrote a very long script. The next day, in class we had to read our scripts. I was a bit shy, so my teacher during that time read my script to the class. I remember how fascinated everyone was with my script. My teacher told me to keep writing and to never stop writing. I held on to that memory, it reminds me to never stop doing what you love.
As I entered my 20's I've realized how much writing and art have always played a major role in my life. It is something that makes me happy, relax, and allowing myself to let my imagination run wild. I want to be able to inspire people through my craft, encourage others you can do anything you set your mind too, and have fun!
Around May 2020, I started a podcast called, "Speak Ya Mind." It was always a thought in my mind that I wanted to start a podcast. However, I wasn't sure about the topics I was going to talk about. Then, I thought to myself how I want to connect with others. I wanted to speak on topics that people can relate too and give positive, motivating perspective.
I want my website to be a place where people feel inspired and motivate each other. Remember to always chase after your dreams and do what makes up happy!
